30% the rental must be paid to confirm the booking; this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance is payable one month before the start of your stay. We also respectfully request a further payment of £100 as a guarantee against damage. This is refundable at the end of your stay. Bed linen and bath towels are included. Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations. Finally cleaning are mandatory euro 50. Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week. Use of electricity euro 0,25 for Kw/h.
