Information on article. 10 law 675/96
Dear User, we wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. No 196, 30 June 2003 ( "Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects in the processing of personal data. Under the legislation indicated, this treatment will be based on principles of fairness, legality and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, therefore, we provide the following information:
1. The data you provide will be used for the following purposes only: professional execution of the task and / or contract
.
2. The data will be processed as follows: computerized and on paper. The conferring of data is for the sole purpose of proceeding with your request for services. Refusal to provide such data may lead to failure or cancellation of the contract. 

3. The data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be shared. Sensitive data will not be treated differently from personal data, and will be
encrypted and stored in the system in order to ensure privacy. We inform you that entering this data is mandatory, since it is indispensable to the
execution of the contract. Refusal to supply this data could
lead to the cancellation or partial cancellation of the contract.

6. At any time you may exercise your rights according to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, Art 
7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights.
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation about personal data concerning yourself, even if the data is not yet recorded, and such confirmation will be communicated in intelligible form.


 2.You have the right to obtain information about: a) origin of personal data b) the purposes and methods of data treatment c) how the data is used electronically d) the identification of owner, manager and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 e) persons or categories of people to whom the data may be communicated.

3.You have the right to obtain: 
 a) the updating, correction or, when interested, integration of data 
 b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the
blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; 
 c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been made known, even in regards to their content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or shared, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right. 

4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning yourself, even if related to the collection of data b) to the processing of personal data concerning yourself for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising materials to you or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
