The villa was built in 2005 and is furnished to a very high standard to cater for all your holiday requirements and offers off-street parking.

The 3 bedrooms each have air conditioning and are fitted with combination beds allowing a double bed or alternatively 2 single beds per room. The rooms can be arranged according to your requirements.

The "master" bedroom also has a safe for your use.

There are two upstairs bathrooms both with a bath and shower attachment (one is en-suite), the ground floor has a bathroom fitted with a shower.

The large living/dining area also has air conditioning. a wide screen television, DVD player, stereo system and a dining table with 6 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher making it ideal for families and those who prefer a self-catering break.

The villa is also fitted with central heating through out to ensure you are comfortable regardless of the weather outside (due to the location central heating is seldom required!).

Spectacular views of the Mar Menor Golf Course can be enjoyed from the private tiled garden, sun terrace and covered patio area which has a garden table and chairs.
The villa has a large 8x4m private pool with a child safety fence and sun loungers.

In addition there is a utility room complete with washing machine and a rotary clothes line in the garden.

We are unable to accommodate smoking or pets in the villa.
